What are your business hours?

We are contactable between 9am-6pm Monday - Friday and then Saturday morning from 9am-1pm.

What is your turnaround times?

Once you have submitted your photos and list of contents for the service, please allow 5 working days for design, viewed artwork and amendment times.

Once the artwork has been approved after client amendment instructions, please allow a further 5 working days for print and delivery. 

Therefore a total of a minimum 10 working days during a quiet period. Gordons With Love would advise 15 working days from start to delivery.

CREATION

Once you have sent through all of your items, I can then start design. You will receive you first draft of the artwork. Please take a look and message me with your comments and amendments instructions etc. You will then receive your amended artwork draft for you to comment and instruct for amendments again and so on.

Nothing will be sent to print until you have confirmed you are happy and approve the final draft.

VIEWING ARTWORK

If you would like two view the artwork on a bigger screen, you can email it to yourself so you can see fit on your Laptop, Desktop or Tablet.

PLEASE NOTE

It’s really important that you try your best to adhere to the deadline dates of submission of your items and also the date for the for print slot booking otherwise we stand a chance of the order not being delivered on time.

What is 300gsm?

This refers to the weight of the card used for all our bespoke funeral stationery. A very high quality thick card, with a silk finish, made from (environmentally friendly) paper.

Can I choose a different image to use in your designs?

Yes you can. I am more than happy to find you an image to fit your requirements. There is an upload facitily which is provided on every order.

Can I add a picture of my loved one to the designs? 

Yes you can. There is an upload area during the order process.

How can I pay?

All major Debit and Credit cards are accepted: Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Connect or Electron through the payment link which will be sent to you once the artwork has been approved by you. You do not need a paypal account to make a payment, and there are no additional costs to you for this simple, safe way to pay.

PAYMENT

Once the artwork is finally approved by you, I will then send you a link for payment. You can make the payment using any major debit or credit card. Payment is to be honoured prior to printing.

How can I check the progress of my order?

You will receive the first proof of your design within 24 hours of the order being placed. Should you need any further information at anytime during the order process, please contact me.

Do you deliver all over the UK? 

Yes - free of charge within the UK. 

Does the price shown include delivery? 

Yes. All the prices shown include delivery within 5 working days after approval via a courier. A tracking number can be provided if required.

DELIVERY

It is advised that a safer, on time delivery to be sent to your funeral directors… Details of delivery will be confirmed with you once the process for printing begins.
